The course aims to provide the tools for analyzing policies aimed at sustainable development, according to the three dimensions, economic, social and environmental. The training objectives also include knowledge of the relationships that link sectoral, commercial and sustainable development policies with particular reference to the agricultural sector and rural areas both at the European Union and global level.
Participants will also acquire notions to effectively manage sensory analysis projects and consumption studies, through the correct selection, conduct, analysis and interpretation of the methods in order to obtain objective, reliable and reproducible results, an indispensable requirement for adopting the winning strategy.
The general objective of the course is to provide participants with the skills and tools useful for a correct evaluation of food and wine products through the use of specific tasting techniques for tourism purposes.
